Butter Bacon Cheese Stuffed Sliced Potatoes

Oh, you read that correctly.
 I believe we've met.
You'll need-
a potato, the size depending on how bad about yourself you want to feel after this
butter, lbs of it
S&P, garlic, and hot sauce, if you're in to that sort of thing.
Foil, oven, knife, basic kitchen area.
and it was amazing and then I made it fattening and IT WAS MORE AMAZING
Slice said potato, into chips but not all the way through. Then for good measure slice it the opposite way.
Stuff with butter, and bacon, garlic, and more butter.
Are you getting the importance of butter?
Here, I'll show you a closer picture of what this should look like.
And then why the hell not? Cover that shit in more butter.
Bake at 475 for about 30 minutes.
Take out, use a spoon to spoon melty buttery goodness back on to potato.
This is the part where you get to ask yourself, "is there a thing as too much cheese and butter...said no one ever."
 Bake for another 10 minutes.
Then if you want, douse in hot sauce and ranch and eat that shit up.
Then after your potato goodness high, go sit in a corner and feel bad about all that butter and ranch you just ate.

So here's the thing

I'm too tired from work to craft at night most nights.
My room is very small and it's hard to juggle crafting around Abbey.
My dad is always home and always asks weird questions when he sees me crafting in the kitchen.
A lot of times I get a better offer than "sit home and craft and watch Gossip Girl".
But my sweet little baby girl will be going to stay with her dad on Monday and hopefully I can get back into the swing of things.
Until April 4th when one of my best friends comes and all I'll be doing it hanging out with him for a few days.
